Version: v1.0 Effective Date: 2026-03-26 Updated: 2026-03-26 Welcome to Light Ideas. These Terms of Use govern your download, installation, access to, and use of the app. 1. Services Based on the current codebase, Light Ideas is a local-first thought-board app that may provide: 1. creating new thoughts in the Bubble area; 2. condensing Bubble items into Glass items with a long press; 3. removing Bubble or Glass items; 4. adjusting the Bubble / Glass layout ratio; 5. adjusting Bubble lifetime; 6. switching materials and background palettes, and using more materials, more palettes, and custom palettes with lifetime access; and 7. viewing, purchasing, or restoring lifetime access on iOS / iPadOS. 2. Free mode and lifetime access 1. Under the current code, free-mode limits include: - up to 5 Bubble items at the same time; - only the default material preset; - only the default background palette; and - no custom palettes. 2. Under the current code, the only paid product is a one-time lifetime unlock on iOS / iPadOS. There is no subscription, auto-renewal product, or Android billing flow in the current build. 3. The current Product ID for lifetime access is: com.flowthemoment.lightideas.premium.lifetime 4. Product name, price, currency, taxes, regional availability, and whether the product is currently purchasable are governed by the actual App Store listing. 5. The current purchase flow depends on StoreKit 2. Under the existing code, purchase and restore-purchase features are available only on iOS 15 or later. 3. Acceptable use 1. You must use the app lawfully and properly. You must not use it for illegal, infringing, abusive, destructive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful conduct. 2. You are responsible for the content you choose to place in the app. Do not rely on the app as the only place to store content that requires unusually high security, regulatory retention, or professional backup safeguards. 3. You must not interfere with the app or its purchase flow through reverse engineering, malicious calls, tampering, destructive testing, or any conduct beyond what applicable law permits. 4. Purchases, restore flow, and Apple terms 1. On iOS / iPadOS, the current code uses Apple StoreKit to start purchases and restore purchases. Transaction handling, billing, refunds, and Apple-account charges are handled by Apple. 2. If you change devices or reinstall the app, you may use the restore-purchases flow, subject to Apple’s rules, to ask Apple to sync your existing non-consumable purchase entitlement. 3. The developer does not directly store or process your Apple ID, bank-card number, or full payment credentials. 4. If you download or use the app on iOS / iPadOS, your use of that platform version is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ 5. Intellectual property The app and its code, interface, text, graphics, animations, design, and related content, except where third-party rights apply by law, are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially redistribute them without permission. 6. Disclaimer 1. The app is not a medical, psychotherapy, crisis-intervention, emergency-response, legal-record, or professional backup service. 2. The core experience depends on device-local storage. If content is lost, restored unexpectedly, or displayed incorrectly because of device failure, OS issues, uninstall / reinstall behavior, system cleanup, backup-restore differences, user error, or other causes outside the developer’s reasonable control, the developer does not make an additional guarantee. 3. Material appearance, palette behavior, animations, and membership-state display may be affected by device performance, OS version, Apple platform behavior, and App Store product configuration. 7. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. This does not affect liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law. 8. Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from the app or these terms should first be resolved through friendly consultation.
