Version: v1.1
Effective date: 2026-09-08

1. App and provider
Stack Draft is a block puzzle game with clears, skill choices, and game history. An individual developer provides development and support under the Flow the Moment brand.
Contact: landingfeather@163.com.
Scope: download, installation, play, and related support for Stack Draft. The game's Privacy Policy covers privacy matters.
2. License
The App Store version uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add game, purchase, and support information. License conflicts: the Apple Standard EULA governs, subject to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
Apple Standard EULA:

The software license grants app use. Ownership of code, images, text, sound, and other content remains with the respective rights holders. Third-party and open-source content keeps its own license terms.
Prohibited conduct includes copyright infringement, sale of game assets without permission, damage to the app or store services, forged transactions, and infringement of others' rights. Conduct permitted by applicable law, open-source licenses, or store rules retains that protection.
3. Free play and the full game
Free download and play cover the first 6 reward choices in each game. Later rewards offer a skip option. Free players can continue the game until a top-out or a restart.
Full game access covers all 16 reward choices and 1 revive per game. Revive clears fixed blocks in the bottom 12 rows and drops the remaining fixed blocks. Skills and game progress remain. The 16th reward choice completes the stage goal; endless play continues that game.
Purchase type: a non-consumable full game unlock, with one purchase and no subscription renewal. Revive is a game benefit. Charges for individual revives: none. Ads, paid random card packs, individual card sales, and cash prizes: none.
24-hour free trial: the first eligible locked reward page provides one offer. Claim conditions are an available store, a zero-price trial product, and no previous claim in the store account. Repeat offers after skipping that page: none. A store connection failure or missing product information preserves the opportunity for a locked reward page with store support.
Claim price: 0. Duration: 24 hours from the original claim time confirmed by the store, including time when the app is closed. Trial benefits match full game access. Expiry returns access to 6 free reward choices per game and no revive. Chosen skills and game progress remain; later rewards have a skip option. Paid renewal: none. A paid full game purchase requires your store confirmation.
Trial restoration uses the original claim and deadline. Reinstallation and restoration create no new deadline. Store account records determine the single claim; offer display records are device data. Record coverage across accounts, device data deletion, and system backups depends on the store and system. The developer uses no identity check to identify a person for the trial.
4. Purchase and restoration
Purchase conditions: store purchase support in that version and region. The product page and confirmation screen state the price, currency, taxes, and benefits. A charge requires your purchase confirmation. The store handles payment, and the developer provides the game access.
Full game access is a license for the relevant store product, without recurring fees. System, device, and store compatibility requirements continue to apply. Transfers between stores, Family Sharing, and benefits for other products depend on the purchase page and store support.
Purchase restoration requires the purchase account, a valid transaction record, and support from the relevant store. Versions with purchase support provide a restoration option. Product verification and restoration need a store connection. Device saves and store purchase records are separate. Purchase restoration excludes recovery of lost game progress.
The contact address handles purchase problems. Support requires no sensitive payment details. Necessary order information helps locate an issue.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
App Store refund requests:

Refunds, reversed transactions, and related access changes follow store procedures and applicable law. The developer provides purchase support and meets duties required by law.
Applicable guarantees, remedies for defects, refunds, withdrawal rights, and other consumer rights remain in force. An exception to withdrawal rights for digital content requires the legal conditions for that exception. Statements about download, use, or purchase in these terms create no waiver of statutory rights.
6. Progress and devices
The core game supports offline use. Stores, legal pages, and email services require a network connection. Your network provider sets any network charges.
Game saves and personal records use device storage. Device changes, deletion of app data, system faults, and backup restoration affect data retention. Developer cloud sync and remote save recovery services: none.
The device or backup provider manages system backups. The relevant store version lists device requirements. Game results depend on player actions, random blocks, and skill choices. Scores, game duration, and goal completion are game outcomes, without a promised return.
7. Children
Age, guardian consent, and purchase permissions follow applicable law and store rules. Parents and guardians carry their legal duties for guidance and purchase management. System parental controls offer restriction options.
A parent or guardian should send support requests for children. The Privacy Policy covers child data.
8. Reviews and support
Store reviews are your choice. Ties between review requests, ratings, and game benefits: none. The system controls display of the review interface. The app receives no confirmation of a completed review submission.
Support email serves issue resolution and product improvement. Feedback rights remain with their owners. Infringing material, passwords, and unrelated personal data are unnecessary for support. Developer use of feedback is limited to support and game improvement needs.
9. Updates and service changes
Game updates may address faults, device support, interfaces, and balance. Legal duties to provide security or compatibility updates remain in force.
Material changes to purchased benefits or an end to service require the notice and remedies that applicable law provides. Legal protection for existing purchases remains in force. Benefit commitments follow the information at purchase.
Material changes to these terms require an updated date, a page notice, and any notice or consent required by law. Applicable law governs the effect of new terms. Existing disputes and accrued statutory rights retain their protection.
10. Responsibility and disputes
The developer bears product and service duties under applicable law. Responsibility for device faults, system changes, or interruptions to third-party services depends on the facts, developer duties, and applicable law. Consumer guarantees, protection against personal injury, liability for fraud, and other obligations protected by law remain in force.
Dispute contact: landingfeather@163.com. Negotiation, regulator complaints, and courts with jurisdiction remain available. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow valid store license terms, legal rules, and mandatory consumer protections.
An invalid provision affects that provision; the remaining terms operate under applicable law. The Chinese and English versions express the same terms. Applicable law and statutory consumer protection govern the handling of differences in meaning.
